• Two or three system-level measures (such as satisfaction, engagement, burnout, turnover, retention, employee wellbeing, workplace injuries, or absenteeism) will be chosen that can be reviewed at least annually to identify areas for improvement and to track progress over time
Decrease provider time spent in well woman exams at Fraser Lake clinic by 50%, and provide preventative education by June 30/2021
