We aim to increase joy in work felt by all staff members - once the project is underway a specific aim will be determined by the team.
• Two or three system-level measures (such as satisfaction, engagement, burnout, turnover, retention, employee wellbeing, workplace injuries, or absenteeism) will be chosen that can be reviewed at least annually to identify areas for improvement and to track progress over time
The IHI pathway and framework for improving joy in work will be used to address the critical componets of the system and ensure a joyful, engaged workforce
