100 % of pregnant patients at the North Coast Maternity Clinic in PR presenting for the first time with blood pressures between 140-159/90-109 on repeat measurement will be identified during regular prenatal visits and offered increased maternal and fetal surveillance (blood pressure monitoring, laboratory investigations, ultrasound investigation) as required on their clinical presentation by Feb 28 2022.
