To improve data integrity within the Cerner system and registration of Emergency Room visits by 100% in six months.
Data collected revealed many errors in current way of charting. Incorrect systems being used, and unclear documentation processes within the HH ER. Change ideas include: continued education regarding visit type. Clarification of ER/clinic visits. Working with team to improve the documentation within Cerner. During this process, patients will have an improved visit at the right time, in the right setting with the right provider.
