To have Visual Acuity Vital Signs completed on ___ % on patients present to the UHNBC ER department with a complaint of Visual Complaints by June 2021.
To increase the number of Visual Acuity checks that are done on patients in the UHNBC ED who report with visual disturbances. It is believed that patient flow could be improved by having these checks done prior to the physician seeing the patient, thus improve efficiency.
