NHPQI’s Virtual Action Learning Series Sees Our 1st Graduating Class

Congratulations to the very first graduating class of our PQI Virtual Action Learning Series!

The first cohort included a wide variety of projects with representation across specialties and across the region. The physicians formed and lead diverse teams including Health Authority leaders, nurses, allied health professionals, and other experts to participate in the learning sessions and projects.

We also had the privilege to graduate our first patient partner from the Virtual Action Learning Series! Her insight and enthusiastic participation was so valuable!

The first VALS class of 2021 will celebrate their hard work on June 9th via Zoom. They will receive their certificates and share their projects with each other, their colleagues, and guests. We look forward to sharing this evening with you all!

The second VALS cohort is currently underway and a third will begin accepting registration shortly with learning sessions beginning in the fall. Keep your eye out for the flyer and invitation.

If you are interested in additional learning opportunities on your quality improvement journey or would like to discuss opportunities within the program, please send us an email at physicianqi@northernhealth.ca.

We look forward to hearing from you!
