2026 conference theme, The Future of Addiction Psychiatry: Bridging the Gap to Integrated Addiction and Mental Health Care, will explore cross-sector approaches to complex mental health and substance use challenges, including early intervention, youth mental health, virtual and digital care (particularly in rural and remote communities), ethics and policy, and the intersection of public safety and healthcare, and many more topics.
Submission deadline: May 30, with participation welcomed from psychiatrists, students, trainees, and professionals across Canada. We believe the conference offers a valuable opportunity for those interested in pursuing careers in mental health and addictions and are pleased to share we've seen strong attendance (including those who've submitted abstracts) at our past conferences from Social Workers, Psychologists, Psychiatrists, and other allied health professionals.
While conference registration is not yet open, details regarding abstract submissions can be found here.
